Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for the review of construction plans and specifications to create detailed and accurate bid proposals.
Provide accurate, timely, and complete estimates and change orders.
Will prepare bill of materials and coordinate vendor materials and subcontractor quotes Will analyze job-specific conditions and identify issues that may affect labor and materials Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to secure materials, price, lead times, scope of work, and schedule.
Maintain up-to-date change order, subcontractor, RFI and contingency logs.
Satisfy customers' needs to develop repeat business.
Qualifications:
Must have prior Industrial Electrical Estimating experience Estimating Software Basic Experience (McCormick Preferred) Technical Writing Skills for Scope and Proposal Document Creation Basic Microsoft Office Knowledge (Excel, Word) Organizational skills Good verbal and written communication Self Motivated and Team player
